Of course not. Sperm itself is just the ingredient necessary for life but until fertilization happens it is not considered to be alive nor does it represent any living form. It's like saying cutting your hair is mass murder. Sperm cells are nothing more than your very own body cells but with a reproductive purpose and with a diploid chromosome number (n).

A better question would be is abortion murder?
