Rule number 2 - Not approved

In-Game Name: BoSSPEED
Suggestion: Remove rule number 2.
Reason: The rule says:
SWAT rules wrote:
Rule #2
After you drag a criminal, take him directly into the red checkpoint right in front outside of the Los Santos Police Department or respecting marker in Las Venturas / San Fierro / Dillimore.
But after the new update cophunting has been allowed. This makes it hard for us to obey the rule because we may need to step out the vehicle for some time and shoot/cuff the other criminal.

In my opinion the rule must not be removed, if it does get removed any SWAT member can take him the suspect with them while chasing someone else / etc.

I think it should be edited to say something like, "After you drag a criminal, your must deliver him to the nearest checkpoint in front of the Los Santos Police Department or respecting marker in Las Venturas / San Fierro / Dillimore however If another criminal shoots you, you may return fire until you are safe to go." or something like that.

There is a reason why this is rule number 2 and not like number 10. If this rule was removed you could abuse the dragged player as much as you want and endlessly waste his time.

Not approved. I'll leave this topic open for discussion, if you have any rule edit idea post it here and I'll review it.

I don't know if this idea is good, i agree with Nitro, it should be edited:

After you /drag a criminal, you're allowed to leave him in the vehicle to shoot back another cirminals trying to save the /dragged one, after shooting back, if you're safe enough, deliver the /dragged criminal into a jail Checkpoint.

My spelling isn't the best and it may lead into a confusion but i'd rather give my opinion than stay doing nothing.

I have an edit suggestion of my own:
After you drag a criminal, take him directly into the red checkpoint right in front outside of the Los Santos Police Department or respecting marker in Las Venturas / San Fierro / Dillimore. If you get attacked while escorting a dragged player you may split up with your team in order to protect your team mates and yourself. You must regroup as soon as the suspect gets handed over.

Something along these lines ...

Rule #2
After you drag a criminal, take him directly into the red checkpoint right in front outside of the Los Santos Police Department or respecting marker in Las Venturas / San Fierro / Dillimore. If you are being attacked by criminals, you may fight back in self defence.

I don't think a rule edit is necessary for this. I won't add a warning to someone's name if they're defending themselves along with a suspect. But if they're intentionally neglecting to hand in the suspect and go for a Sunday drive (hehe), then yes, that warrants a warning.

If thats the case then there wont be a rule edit.
