What's the best mod combination?

I'm not looking for 'realism', just looking for 'fun' mods.
Also, a shitload of vehicle mods for vehicles that CAN'T get tuned in-game. Prevents crashes.

If you want to have a whole pack i would suggest you to install Gta san andreas retextured 3,
It will install loads of mods includes skins/cars.

Otherwise just check every mod section and then you'll get your own great mod pack.
