Reason: Breaking rule #1 "Do not drag if the vehicle you drag into isn't near you."

Other: I was teaming with [Lsrcr]APEX & [Lsrcr]Fruta. We caught a suspect, I dragged him/her and thought that he/she would get dragged into our car. What I didn't realize was that we had towed an infernus and the SWAT car I was driving had reset, so the suspect ended up getting TPed to the SWAT base.

Even though it was a mistake, I should have been more careful and this is the second time this is happening. I don't want to feel bad for letting myself get away with it.
