I want to blow the Bank and they said to Buy C4 from Bomb shop in Redsands (LV).

You can find the BOMB shop near mechanic spawn zone.

You can purchase the C4 from here:

OR

Call a weapons dealer /weapons and purchase the C4 from them.

You cant blow the bank with c4. For the bank door you need supplies which you can buy from Claude (located in East Los Santos).

Where is the BOMB Shop ?
