Elite was the guy who asked for the ip I was not interested to give him as you can see in the pic.

Can you post a proof where he actually says it?

you can ask tal,lolmomlol and other group members that he asked for duel in 0.3x

I din't gave him the ip in game cuzz i was knowing that there's a rule about it.
But no rule on teamspeak so I asked him to come on teamspeak....
