It's highly forbidden to ask other members to vote for you or even worse;

When deciding who to vote for you need to take into consideration these factors: attitude, friendliness, helpfulness, activity, skills. The most important factor is definitely the attitude. The SMOTM award is intended for the member with the best attitude who gets along with everyone in the Team.
The winner will receive an extra promotion and his name in the memberlist will be specially marked to indicate that he's the SMOTM.
