Why not just solve this with some Love? I mean, if I was shot by tank by my fellow teammate, I'd take Hydra and bomb his ass back (if we were on the army ship). I'm not encouraging you to do so, but there is also no need to take it here

He apologised and he probably apologised to you in-game as well, why taking it this far? It's not like he was following you and shooting you with a tank. This has nothing to do with abusing. And as far as I'm aware, there should be anti-dm system that doesn't allow you to hurt members of the same faction, so this could also be a server-side problem

If john shot me, i would've jacked his tank and stick that tank weapon in his ass.

This situation could have been solved by simply telling him you don't want to be bothered anymore or, what i'd like you to do, is to take it as a joke and have some fun. No action will be taken.
