Question: If there's an car , there is criminal (orange-red-dark red) in it (as passenger) and the driver is white-yellow-hitman-medic-taxi etc.., Can i put Roadblock to stop their car?

EDIT: You should report them for bug abusing. Driver should not be innocent if a suspect is in the vehicle/on it
