Anything else: he talking me that is hitting car not allowed but it's allowed, he rp me and then fine to get money, and it's was false reasons to rp and did few times cuff abuse on me

I was asked many of players before this was happend....Did I am allowed to hit someone car if he is inside to destroy their car...Answer was No! /rp abuse ???? I was /rp and /fine you when you was hiting my car,and then I was get in my car.So you again contiune to hiting my car so I have right to cntiune /rp and /fine you !!! If you stop I am stop.
If you stop to hit my car and I /rp and /fine you many times again,that's called /rp abuse.I must said I was cuff you,beacuse it's was not other way to stop you to destroy my car because you wasn't wanted.Also I want to say that you was try to kill me when you was shooting on me!

1. first of all, you can punch others car and also this show that tagged member don't know rules..
2. Refuse to get out of my car isn't rp reason. If you don't know rp mean Roleplay, and role play mean real life. So if you are cop in real life and cuff someone and want punish him for refurse to get out of my car?

Yes I am real officer,and do you know what will I did if someone hit my car and destroy him? That person will be arrested and go to jail,that's why this situation in server IG can't named RP situation....Also I was not write /rp reason "refuse to get out of my car" reason was "refuse to get off my car" it's not same.If you want to know I also have right to /rp you if I do /pu and you are ignore to get out of car ,then I will write /rp reason "refuse to pull over and get out of car"
I want to remaind you about one rule and that is:You are not allowed to ram other cars if is player inside....That's rule was make just because some unrespect players as you are,to reduce that players to destroy other players their cars....So think about isn't that same when you hiting car when you are on roof of car?

Punching enemy car is allowed and end. You did multi times on me /rp. You also cuff abuse on me few times. So, you still did rulebreak.

Punching enemy car???? When you get wanted then police,army,swat are your enemy...Before that you are innocent...You need to learn many things...So better do it!

i don't understand what you want say. Punching enemy car is allowed when you are innocent. This show that tagged member don't know rules...
