Ribbons

Suggestion(s): Add more ribbons & privilieges
Why would it be useful:
Because, at the moment, farming kills just so you can get a fancy ribbon on the forums isn't really motivating. Adding more ribbons(achievements) and rewards will motivate army recruits to work harder to obtain ribbons.
Example;
If you get 5+ ribbons, you'll receive 10k$+ on your paycheck (35k).
If you get 10+ ribbons, you'll receive 20k$+ on your paycheck (45k).
If you get 20+ ribbons, you'll get special rights in-game (better vehicles, personalized ranks, etc..)
Also, a command to show your ribbons off in-game would be nice, such as '/showribb ID' or '/ribbons ID' to check someone's ribbon count.
