Hi I know that rule #5 that you should team with at least one swat member, But if there are no swat members online are we allowed to solo in swat skin? Thanks.

Don't answer questions if you're not Captain who has duty to do it or either Commander.

And, if you're alone in skin, you can go solo. Once an SWAT member comes online, you have to team with him.
