Why would it be useful:Yo guys,Army Generals.
I saw the half from the testers inactive and testers are dont testing.
We must new Testers!
Pipo inactive, Anaas inactive, iFace dont testing, Phenomenal Dont testing anymore...
I think its a turn to new Testers..
Johncarer and Game cannot testing 80% from the tests! its impossible.
Thank for Reading and i hope The Generals will choose the good choise.
Additional comments:I want to be a Tester if its possible.

I volunteer as a tribute.

Our Training Officers have legit reasons behind their inactivity and we cannot force them to take testing in samp over real life responsibilities, and while I'm HTO, no TO will ever be demoted for partial inactivity. I believe you're right when you say we need more TOs, however, the requirements for one isn't met by any of the current non-TO members, and that makes it hard to pick people we don't find suitable or responsible to fulfill this duty. I'll sacrifice my private free time to get all tests done on time by myself if I have to, but in this army, the TO rank will remain isolated for only the most elite members, who are reliable, mature at some point, and show great example of how an army member should be and act with their team mates by the new standards.

There is a new TO soon to be announced (who nearly finished the TO training)

However, I appreciate you pointing this out and I'll talk to the Generals and see what measures can be done regarding tests and mandatory test periods.

We're always trying to find new blood for the Army Training Officers team and have been adding new members to it past few months.
