I ask admin to unban me i dont use hax heath that was bug sometime i shot the cop they also dont decrease heath . Please unban me

And i buy drugs to increase my hp ,that is normal

I dont know why i dont increase hp and armor .but i have seen others have this situation

I dont always survive when army shot me .i also die when army shot me. This situation i dont have any idea. If i m hax i wont die anytime since i use another account .
