It's wasn't 2 streets away it was in the train line,and there was nothing that blocked the view from where I dragged you and the car , I have saw the car, btw you kept running in the train line, oh and it wasn't that far , I look abit farer in the map because I ran at your friend that was shooting at me, Check the map you can see the orange criminal.

Nope , I didn't take any picture when I dragged him, But Here I can prove that I am able to see the spot of car from where I dragged , Can you notice that you are able to see the Phoenix from "Here's the spot I dragged him from" before his other friends come and try to kill me

That was 2 streets away from your car when you dragged me, You can see in this . And about your defense; If blockers are regulation of dragging people, SWAT members can drag suspects from Idlewood's train line while their vehicle is in Los Colinas's train line. Why not ?!

Edit: Also in your picture, How many streets are away from your vehicle ? Can you see IDs near your vehicle ?!

Lol , It can be one step from a location to other , And you are talking like when I chasing you (running after you) I would look at how many streets where next us that we passed ? We were on one train line , and it's not that far from vehicle And I was able to see the vehicle from there, One sec I will post picture that you are able to see the vehicle from that spot.
