plz guide me how to oaste a picture on forum i tryed much but it is difficut...plz tell m the steps hw to do?

i tried much i cant get a help..plz give me a example...

First off all open any post where u want to post a picture and then u see on the top u see post reply and then at the bottom u will see upolad attachment click there and then choose a picture what ever u want and after attachment click on submit
