Suggestion(s):Increasing the Tests Overall minimum to 3.5,If you get lower than 3.5,you are auto-denied.
Why would it be useful:More skilled members,Also,I noticed many people getting negatives for ''bad test'' if they got lower than 3.5.
Additional comments:I mean come on,You really got bad marks if you got -3.5 overall,Also,we are reaching our memberlist limit,we need those last spots for it's best!

3.5 is still bad. 4 should be good.

I fully agree to you on this. Well thinked. As 3/5 is a bad test and we all know the applicant will get denied and everyone will be voting negative, we won't have to lose time on them. 3.5/5 would be good as it is an average mark and it reaches our minimum skill requirements that an applicant needs to join.

No, tests aren't easy and TOs have different criteria. Test isn't the most important thing...
As for the memberlist, in 2013 we had a cap of 70-80 and were always full/near that number. It will be increased passively

The minimum is good as it is. If YOU decide 3/5 is to low, you can simply state in in your reason.

Its also a little window for the applicant, some got nerves/etc/etc.
