Suggestion(s): Create topic where will be rules for votes. I mean to not allow to vote something like "Not ask for team". There are some of reasons which are stupid for voting.
Why would it be useful: To make fair votes for players.
Additional comments: About this not ask for team - we are Army, we most of time play alone, rerely plays together. Its just stupid vote.

I prefer seeing army members teaming than going alone. Nothing wrong with encouraging applicants to team & votes are always editable if applicant asks them for team
