Defence: Rofl, APEX was a mechanic and he was on my vehicle's roof, I think you guys got him wrong because he had our gang's skin. Server does automatically choose gang skin while you have another job. It's a shame that administrators ban players without checking chatlogs or anything else! Peace.

A "little" change:
Since it appears to be a bug abuse (and not cheat) i will try to reduce your ban down to 6 months (and thats all i can do!!). But, i do not promise this!

Considering your defense which explains what actually happened, staff team decided to reduce your ban to 2 weeks and take your tag away.
And in the future, do not do such things unless you have permission.
As for the "bug" (or whatever it is), do not use it any longer until Energ or Johnson figure out what to do with it (either remove it or allow it).
