Evidence: Additional information: On further inquiring in pm why he did this he told me that he don't know army rules. And said that Santiago gave him army rights. I didn't expected this from a mod.

I told you, after the incident that I didn't know the Army rules after you asked why. I apologize for what happened and will try to avoid it next time.

You are not supposed to be army when you don't know the rules.

Not knowing the army rules is not an excuse. You use the army skin including the vehicles on your own responsibility. And what you are saying is, that you asked for temp rights and entered the army skin without knowledge of ANY army rules.

And seriously, you are a moderator, do you see army members flying with Hunter and killing people on ground?
