Firstly I didn't use any type of hacks or that airbreak, teleport or any shit you've wrote. But Yes, I added a hit on you because you shot me and carjacked my police bike so it's allowed to place a hit on you... Also, you've no proofs that the other guy hacked, you fake reporter... Get lost.

I didnt said that you hacked! you helped the hacker to get score and btw. i was in lv and i wanted to come to ls and then you hit me and i never carjacked you or shot you.

you are such a lier man and then you say you hit me because i arrested you? no! i didnt arrest you i was in lv and you was a cop the whole time and cxdur banned the hacker later and maybe i dont have proof but other people have proof of the hacker!

Who told you that I added a hit on you to let that hacker kill you? Listen, I have no clue with that hacker, and you can't prove that so. And about that arrest thingy, yes, you arrested me and then after I got unjailed you carjacked my bike that's why I added a hit on you. FTFY

Well, he is reporting me for random hit but I can't see anything even fucking says about random hit here.

So, lets end this here. The hacker has already been banned, so we're talking about a random hit now. Furthermore I cant see any relation between the hacker and the reported player.
The proofs say that the hit has been placed due to an arrest, which is a valid reason. Both of you cant prove that this is either right or wrong. No proofs for random hit, no actions will be taken.
