Question: Are we allowed to drag while standing on a building (the one near market ammunition, Downtown LS) while the car is on the ground (near entrance). We can't see the car but its in the limit of 2/3 of map (nearly 2 or 3 pixels on map)

- If the vehicle you drag into isn't near you (2/3 radar).

If you cannot see it, it's is not near you, therefore no.
