Suggestion(s): Sticky bombs.
Why would it be useful: Well, Swat has that big bomb shit thing. Why wont we get a sticky bomb than ? If we're after some suspects we can sticky it on their car and let it explode. This way we are really deadly!

Also when you put a bomb for example outside pizza and the wanted suspect gets out and you let it explode he doesnt get harmed, further more he cant even see the bomb. Counts for a wanted suspect that came from far away from you too.

Sticky bombs aren't synchronized and we already have nades
