When you download any mods from those sites like the one you mentioned above, they requires manual installation that means you need to replace them through the image editors. I will suggest you and , these sites provides modification with automatic installations. You just need to download the mods and install them and no manual installation is required. Happy modding.

When you will download a mod it will be in a zip file then you will have to extract the .exe file from it then open the .exe file then it will show you the preview of the mod and the browse option to select your gta directory and then you will have to click on next and then you are done.

I use the both sites posted above, but I don't use the auto-installation system :/
dunno why but I don't like the Auto-install feature.... I'm always like " what if, it corrupts my gta3.img file, or what if, it is a bad mod or something.... ". I use the manual installation system, its for the best. The reason why I use these two modding sites is that the auto-install features provides images and modding files. For example, if you download an infernus mod, the auto-installer will have images in it for you to view them, and the feature to install the mod manually or automatically. Also, it has the feature to change the car. I mean, if you want to use that infernus mod, but you think it will be good for bullet, or turismo, then you can simply change the car and use any of the installation process.

When you install those auto installation mods then a file gets created in GTA directory with the site name, like a folder name with gtamodding.com and in that folder you can remove each mods , like if you installed infernus mod then in that folder there is a .exe file named "Uninstall Infernus" , you can uninstall your mods frm there, so there will be no harm. I have been using these type of mods for about 1 year and have not experienced any bad effect of it.
