Additional information: If first 6 screens are not enough (you clearly see on his hunter that he is using minigun for awhile - he even used it when i was ontop of the building, on the 7th and 8th picture you can clearly see him confessing in mainchat that he /su-ed me after using minigun on me.

You may not use the Hunters weapons (minigun, rockets) against suspects who are on foot and on the ground or ontop of a roof top. However, you may use the Hunters blades against suspects who are on foot and on the ground or on the roof tops. You may use the Hunter against suspects who are in a plane or helicopter (also applies to an aircraft that's on the ground and which has a suspect or suspects in it).

iam really very Sorry i apologize from the heart it was my mistake i accept my Problem Try to understand and please don't take it serious. Actually we have bad relations between me and kaosx thats why this report is also over detailed and some over reactions is also unfolded so a big SORRY for kaosx also and please just ignore the report somehow i also abide by /rules i did /su before open fire and u can see NO Damage/loss or kaosx was taken down deadly! So once again sorry!And i used hunter ground but u can the place was so cleared no one was on the spot!

I can't take a decision on this but I am suggesting a strict verbal warning and 2 army warnings added

I had no time typing while he was trying to hunt me down with his minigun.
On the first time I thought that he is joking - therefore I didn't take any picture on the roof, but later I've seen him trying hard to kill me.

Maybe indeed I should of tell him that it is rulebreak, but I am pretty sure that like everyone knows that using hunter on ground is not allowed (its weapons).

The problem was that he wasn't even being sorry in mainchat, if he apologised, I doubt that I would report him.
I apologise if I didn't do everything what I should do.

Guyz Iam REALLY VERY SORRY once again and iam a human being not a robot i can do mistakes and we learn after we doing the mistakes.
I can also defense myself easily with lies but i accept my mistake and did sorry this is my loyalty towards you guys because i hate lies and my religion don't allows me to lie and defense my self.Otherwise i could put on any excuses or some fake story and easily secure myself.
I would suggest that ignore all that mistakes, accept my sorry because it was a mistake and i didn't lied or tried to defense myself with some excuses so stop thinking about it more and /lock this topic.

We do understand you are sorry real good mate, but rules are rules.

The rule you broke, is in my eyes one of the simplest rule we got. I get that you wont do this again, but i do totally agree with all what Johncarrer said. Wait for a response from a general, and since you appologized. They may have some mercy dealin this report. But keep in mind u broke an rule witch is easy to remember, but can bring allot of damage when not followed correctly.
