How to record a video + recude file size (30mb for 1minute)

I dont see a "tutorial" on this, so let me make one real quick..For those who dont know how to...
EDIT: Just a quick note for others to not get confused. You CAN record and save the video file in whatever extension you want (.avi, .wmv, .this, .that, .anything), and you can IMPORT any extension you want in Handbrake tool, BUT the OUTPUT must be .mp4. So, you are converting from .AVI to .MP4 (in example).
Requirements:
- Bandicam (free version is good enough)(how to fix blank screen) -> http://www.bandicam.com/downloads/
- Handbrake (its free) -> https://handbrake.fr/downloads.php
Bandicam:
- All you have to do is to set-up the hotkey for Record/Stop:

Comment: I prefer Bandicam over Fraps because of the filesize, and overall, it has more options to play with. But, some people (specially windows 8.1 users) have problems with this tool. When they record the video, it shows a blank screen, the video doesnt get recorded well.
Solution (worked for me):
- Go to Video->Settings(under Format) and change your Codec to "Motion JPEG"

Handbrake:
- Use this tool to reduce the file size. (from 390mb to 33mb! drastic change!)
- The fact is, the quality will be a bit lower. BUT, you probably wont even notice it, because the quality is still going to be on good level.
How to:
- Click "Source" and "Open file"

- Click "Browse" and choose where to save the file (file extension MUST be .mp4)

- In the "Picture" tab use the following settings:

- In the "Video" tab make sure you have selected "Variable framerate". (many people say you should use "Constant framerate", but in my case the converted video gets fucked up and i cant even watch the video):

- Thats it, click the "Start" button and wait. (NOTE: It will take some time!!!!!!!!!!!)
The video i tested was 1:13 long and the size was 393mb. After this, the file size reduced to 33mb!!
Test it and use it if you want
I will move this to "Guides" if it works for you too.
