I need help, I want to know how to install mods, and I want some good c-hud mod to install it after I know how to.

for the c-hud mod, you will have to post a c-hud mod which you like and I will tell you how to install it.
Some things which a C-hud mod requires :
.asi loaders
Cleo 4.1 (recommended, but when you will download a C-hud mod, it will have a readme.txt file and it will tell you which version you should have. If it says "Cleo 4" then it means that you can use any of the cleo, cleo 4 = cleo 4.1 and/or cleo 4.3 doesn't matter)
txd workshop (in-case you want to change some icons and stuff...)
Just one thing, C-hud mod doesn't go in your gta3.img file, it goes in your main gta sa root directory. If it contains some Cleo files, install/post them in the cleo folder, if it has any .asi file, post/install them in the main gta sa directory. else if it has some txd files, they mostly go in models > vehicles (i think, not sure tho.)

First Download spark (used for huds, skins, weapons packs, map icons, etc.)

For modding cars you can use GTA San Andreas Mod installer:

NOTE*: These are just basic modding stuffs, for mods like ENB, sounds effects and etc you have to replace folders in your gta san andreas folder...If you need that let me know.
