Everytime I want to open (gta3.img) file using those programs, the error shows up:

Pleaseeee help me! thank you

I had the same or similar problem few weeks ago.

The thing I did was :

Go to control panel
Go to User accounts and family safety
Go to User accounts
Click Change User account Control Settings
Put the meter or the pointer on the last one (Never notify me when :....)

See if this works!

The pointer has been set to the last, had to restart the computer, restarted it, tried, doesn't work

Make sure "gta3.img" is not a read only file.
