Reason: RP abuse & random hitting / hit for no reason.
Proof: Random hit : Anything else: I was wanted, 3 cops try to chase me at the time. I doing stunts repeatedly and my wanted level reduced. After 5 seconds 2 cops arrive and fined me $2000 And then RiseOfTheDark cuffed and reported me for criminal reason (using hacks). After 30 seconds the cuffs removed and he cuffed me again. And he said he don't care about bans and he have another account.

RiseOfTheDark, I don't know why you are trying to ruin other players' experience and fun. You already have about 100000 billion warnings for /cuff and /rp abusing and several time bans for related reasons. Due to the fact that you had many chances to improve (but obviously you dont care about a ban, as you said), your ban will be 14 days now.
Information: We know all of your accounts and if you log in within the next 14 days, your ban will be changed to a permanent one. You know that ban evading isn't allowed, so don't even try.

For the random hit: This doesn't prove that the hit was a random one.
