Dear Ls-rcr members,

There is a time to come and there is a time to go and now that time has come. There have been happy moments welcoming new members and sad moments to say goodbye to those that have moved on. After 9 beautiful years as an Administrator in SA:MP, it's time for me to move on. It became impossible for me to reply to everyone that tried to get in contact with me and sometimes it is quite frustrating not being able to reply. Not only was it impossible for me to reply to everyone, it was also hard to spend time on updates for the server, as soon I came online I got spammed with questions and problems, I tried my best to answer them all but after hours of talking every single day, I get tired and there is no time left to do something I enjoy to do in my free time. This is why I decided to step down as Head Administrator and from now on, the Assistant Seniors will be in charge. We will have 3 Assistant Seniors making all the decisions and hopefully keep Ls-rcr running for at least a few more years.

One thing I want everyone to understand, many of you forget there are admins and moderators to help you and can deal with all your problems and instead you skip all of them and just spam the most senior staff. I often spent most of my time dealing with the type of PM's that really could have been handled by other people and as a result, I am usually unable to help the people who I am actually here to help. So please take some time and think that what you are asking may be better asked to another less senior staff member.

I'm not leaving completely; I will continue making updates and help the Assistant Seniors if necessary. The server will stay online until we run out of money i.e. if we can't afford the server with the donations, we have to close the server but I don't think we have anything to worry about. The donators have been very generous and appreciated our support and now with 4 Assistant Seniors in charge, it should get only better.

I want to thank everyone, it was a real pleasure starting this community and meeting you all.

I wasn't exactly sure how to start this, because you've done so many great things here on the server, which makes it's hard to find a place to start. I guess I'll start by saying that I'm very happy that you founded this server back in the days. I played there back then, and I still play there now. I didn't really like SAMP a lot, at least not until I found this server. The fact that I nearly have 2000 hours on one server basically summarizes how much I like this server. It's an incredible server.

I won't go too much into detail on how good the server is, because the players already know that. I know that they haven't seen you online so much lately though, and I'll just say that you're still working your ass off for the server. You were doing so much for the server, even if you were not online. I don't think all the players realized this, but even when you really needed a break from all of this, you were working as hard as you can. This is what I admired the most about you. Being able to lead a server for so long without giving up.

Another thing that everyone isn't aware off; Energ is actually a really nice guy. He's not strict as you might think. He's actually a very nice guy, but he's also very reasonable. He is always fair, which makes it very enjoyable to work for him (Very wrong way to put it, but you know what I mean). He is and has been very professional over the years, and I don't think there's anything for me to complain about.

The first time I joined the server, it was back in 2009-10 and well, we started off by discussing lots of stuff. It was basically everything from Paki jokes to weird Illuminati shit that we kinda both believed in at the time. We grew up and well, here we are. As a staff member, I've always appreciated your help for you've responded quickly and addressed to any of the issues every now and then and well, as a friend, you're humble, forgiving and have always been nice. As an Assistant Senior, my promise to you is that I will make sure to run the server the same as you did and ensure it's not only a few years the Lsrcr community lives but more, and I mean way more.

I'd say the same thing CXdur said, I'm happy and sad both. I'm happy to have been given the chance to prove myself though I'm sad at the fact that you're going to be in the background while we handle the executive department of Lsrcr. It's a gift and a curse, in a good way ofcourse and I sure hope you won't completely vanish from the server and still come on the server every often to keep check on us, haha.

I see, it happens and there's nothing to hesitate, 9 years it's a lot, lets say that is 15% of a human life, dedicated.We understand you and I personally thank you for everything.

Life can change our directions, but we've been working long now & we won't back down even if we do have hackers, idiots trying to cause us trouble by deliberate rulebreaking or attempting to cause massive damage via DDoS attacks or anything of the sort but we'll bounce back & dominate them. As a long standing veteran & admin its been a pleasure working with you Energ, thanks for everything. Anyway I hope everything does go well for you & hopefully you'll visit us on some occasions, but likewise mate we won't forget you for everything you've done for the community, take care my friend.

Well this isn't a sight I expected to see honestly.

I knew the time would come when you had to step down, but I wish it hadn't been in my time, or at least at the end of my time whenever that may be. I've only been playing since the dead beginning of 2012 in January. I know three years soon isn't really a long time compared to others, but it's still three genuine years that I've put into this server. Three awesome years. I remember when I first joined under xFatal, I wasn't known up until everyone knew I was best friends with Auto. I've enjoyed my time here so far. Joining The Legends, killing weapon salesman, participating in Chris' cool events, joining in on the riots, making my way up the Army team. All those things were fun, but they were made fun because of the people I was with. I've met a lot of people from Ls-rcr. A large majority of them are good, some bad, and others questionable(means you Funderburk). I couldn't have had fun doing it by myself. You guys made it a blast, and you still do. And while I do look back at those fun times and wish there could be more of that, I must focus on your guys' experience now.

Energ, I still remember the night you asked me if I wanted to become a staff member. I remember the time, and what I had to do like it was yesterday. I remember you telling me not to let you down, and I'm glad I haven't. I want to thank you for your hard work and effort you put into this server, and the hard work and effort you'll continue to put into this server. You're one of the most patient guys I know. You're approachable, you have a sense of humor, and you're very reasonable and logical. If you thought this was the best thing to do, then I know for a fact I don't have to question it. Everything I said in the previous paragraph is very true indeed, but all those experiences and all the fun times I've had wouldn't have been able to happen if you didn't do what you did, what you'll continue to do. Believe it or not, I sometimes come on Teamspeak and play Ls-rcr to relieve stress. A safe haven for when I have to re-align my thoughts. All possible thanks to you, and I sincerely thank you once again. Thanks for having faith in me man. Thanks for leafing me to the position I am in now. I won't forget it. Thanks for being a friend. I'll see you around Teamspeak all the time of course, but that's besides the point. Thanks buddy.

As for you guys, it'll be an honor to work even further with you guys. Don't be disheartened though. Energ will still be here on Teamspeak. I'm sure you can still play games with Energ. But, as he said, he will no longer be answering questions that are server related. Please direct your questions towards Onzie, CxDur, Drastic, and myself. We will be more than happy to reply to them. I don't really know you that well but you probably know me alot but you was always a forgiving guy as Drastic said and you also is a very funny person (that joke that you pulled was priceless). Thank you for letting me into the staff team and I will promise that I will work my hardest to help the (Assistant) Admins as to the best as I can. I hope you enjoy the relaxing now. Enjoy!
