Additional information: If first 6 screens are not enough (you clearly see on his hunter that he is using minigun for awhile - he even used it when i was ontop of the building, on the 7th and 8th picture you can clearly see him confessing in mainchat that he /su-ed me after using minigun on me.

However, you may use the Hunters blades against suspects who are on foot and on the ground or on the roof tops.
