So i see many players wants a house so if he want to rent it , the owner will set the money [limited]

For Examble:

Every month the player must pay 15k to the owner and the owner cant ask for more then 15k


Tell me your opinions about my suggestion !

will decrease the house market, people who've spend / worked allot to get the houses they want. Will heavily decrease due to houses being able to rent for not even close to the amount of what the building/house was actually worth.

No, Everyone will start renting - making less people to donate for the houses. It may mess with the current economy..

1mil per month will be good

You don't need to put your house on rent if you dont want to.

+1 (just 1 person at time can rent), I don't see anything bad here, houses will be useful finally.

-1 ls-rcr gets a lot donations trough/because of houses. If people are able to rent it it will decreasr the amount of donations which is not good especially now.
