Reason: I really didn't expected this coming, But yeah, There are some reasons - First of all I don't give much time in S.W.A.T. skin, I'm always in other skins and I don't even come in skin for 1 minute. And I believe S.W.A.T. doesn't needs an inactive player, also I'm a waste in the current team because I'm inactive - Someone else can get my position who deserves it more than me and he/she wants to be active in S.W.A.T. skin, I've also lost my interest but yeah - My choice remains the same:

You are not allowed to leave SWAT during the congressional state.

As Cyborg said, leaving SWAT during this period will result in a permanetly blacklist.
And also, it's alright if you don't play much in SWAT skin, but if you are sure that you'll rejoin, why bothering leaving then?
Maybe in few days, you'll be swatting all the time.

My predictions are that this Congressional period will last about 2 weeks. After Congressional SWAT ends we'll announce the new system and explain everything.

I can wait for 2 weeks, But you say it's okay if you don't give much time in the skin - to be honest, I dont even give 1 second to the skin.. But I will stay for those 2 weeks.
