Drug Dealer.

Suggestion headline: Add come changes to the drug dealer class.
Importance of suggestion: 6/10, or 1/10. I play drug dealer more than most other people, which is 1/10 of the time, whereas other people play it 0.0000000001/10 of the time
Why should it be accepted: Lets be honest, no one in the world plays drug dealer. I do think drug dealer needs a complete overhaul, but lets work with what we have here.
- /selldrugs doesn't give any score. Whether a bug or intentional, I definitely think it should. /givedrugs gives score, /selldrugs doesn't.
- /givedrugbag should be possible after /selldrugs, no need for the person to /drugs again. Since /givedrugbag works after /givedrugs, it should work after /selldrugs too.
- Drug dealers should start with a drug bag when they spawn. They start with 500g of drugs, which is nice, but should start with a drug bag as well, since they're already giving out drug bags.
- Should spawn with a 9mm pistol. For roleplay reasons.
