So, I am trying to install the Player Informer mod (A.k.a Pimod) and whilst installing Cleo 4.1 I receive a message telling me this:
Edit: New errors: Error opening file for writing:

/data/sa/classes.db

/data/sa/opcodes.txt

I have a brand new game with a 1.0 US crack alongside I have tried installing it as an administrator and I still receive the same message.

install cleo 4.3.

It's included in Cleo 4.3 but I did as well and it still crashes.

I think that this would wprk:
Uninstall Cleo 4.3
Install Cleo 4.1
Install Silent's asi loaders
Install sampfuncus 3.(1, 2) whatever version is included with it.

Try this and see what happens.

I've done this in many variations long ago and it crashes.

Is this resolved ?
