Question: When we cuff a wanted player and we want to /drag him, but if he press g to sit on our bike while is he cuffed, can we eject him after he sit and then /drag him or we must just drive him to checkpoint without using /drag command?

Can you drag boost? No.

There is no need to use the /drag command in this scenario. /ejecting and /dragging would be considered drag boosting.
