Now check this,totally confusing.

I test my ping for SAMP before i install GTA and its around 60. And,i test my ping for SAMP after i install GTA and its around 400.

What kind of problem is that?

Already done all that stuff,including windwos reinstalling,gta reinstalling,samp reinstalling,turning "ALL" proccesses off,gameboosters,internetboosters,registry editors (tried to reduce incoming/sending packets manual),i think i tried almost everything,did i miss something?..and still fail :S :S :S

i notice that my internet is much slower these days,idk why :S i used to download like 80-100kbs,now i download like 50-60 max!.. what could it be?

somone might be leeching off your internet. is your internet wireless? then password protect it (wep/wpa). or check your network and see if there's any other user, other than you.

Ask ISP to restart your net from the back, sometimes it could be them, if you try'd everything

ill call them and see whats going on tomorrow,and yea,my network is password protected..

and fox lol....i found gta bug in system,while u do system restore....so i could check my ping even before i install gta xd

Sorry, I don't want to sound like a fool. But, what is actually the meaning and use of ping?

Ping in simple terms outlines how fast your connection responds with the server your connected to. In the process it measures the time from transmission to reception. So basically the closer you live to the server host (in this case Netherlands) generally the smaller ping because your connection can respond quicker to somewhere that is close. Generally the further you live away your ping increases. However if your Internet connection is not good your ping may be high even if your close to the host server.
