I disagree
Giving the guide will give applicants more experience about SWAT and they will be aware to do the tips to impress SWAT members.
Meeh, What you are actually saying has no thing to do with the suggestion,I'm not telling you how to vote,i'm telling the applicant how you can impress/help us.

E.g.
Do not cuff/arrest while teaming with SWAT
do not shoot a SWAT vehicle with a wanted or even DMing/ramming the vehicle
Asking for team will get SWAT members to know you better, therefor, they will watch your skills.
Show speed in catching/tazing/cuffing the criminals, and show good accuracy in popping wanted's tires

And many more but they are on my PC, the tips are logical and known for us, but helpful to others.

Aren't these things quite obvious? you can add them in How to apply for SWAT topic, might help new comers, but that's not much important.
I am Neutral on this.

E.g.
Do not cuff/arrest while teaming with SWAT
This won't help him on how to make a good application
do not shoot a SWAT vehicle with a wanted or even DMing/ramming the vehicle
This is counted as bitching - doing this continuously might lead to punishments - therefore it's in rules already
Asking for team will get SWAT members to know you better, therefor, they will watch your skills.
If an applicant is not teaming with you, you have no rights to talk about his attitude or skills (if its before the test)
Show speed in catching/tazing/cuffing the criminals, and show good accuracy in popping wanted's tires
Again.

And many more but they are on my PC, the tips are logical and known for us, but helpful to others.

The applicant can gain experience by teaming with swat members it's too easy no need for tips and he can ask any member to train him , like I asked some members for training me to get experience , but I need to know the tips to get final decision may be something useful

Correct me if I'm wrong but, shouldn't we be looking for people who can think and understand how to make their application "perfect" or impress other members using their head and not the forums? Well, at least that is my opinion.

Well, while that is true, having a structured FAQ topic certainly isn't such a bad idea.

I'd like to see some more examples though, because till now it seems like something that anyone should be able to understand simply by reading the how to apply thing. If we have anything unclear, we could add it to that topic maybe, or create a brand new FAQ topic. It all depends whether or not it's necessary.
