He might be a ban evader like you.

Type /cuff [id] then cut with CTRL + X then type /taze [id] then taze them and press CTRL + V then type /ar [id] by yourself.

Learn typing fast and that's it. Try pressing the buttons without looking at it. Then start typing fast.

you t00 haha you just came from nowhere with the name 'Jengayfucker' i bet you're a ban evader as well

Here's another way:

Pre-type /taze id then /cuff id, when starting an arrest you can press "t" then "arrow key up" once for insta-cuff or twice for taze then do it again for cuff. Finish off with /ar.

The best tip is to practice though, don't give up!

Quit the server.

I got averagely 1-3 speed of commands and I don't pretype anything.
If you write every command - you'll be faster.
