For example, you liked the sawnoff icon, but you don't want to mod that sawnoff. You will just have to export/extract the sawnoff.txd file from gta3.img file and open it in txd workshop. After doing that, you will just need to select the image according to the name of file(default icon/file name and modded file/icon name should be same). Then just save that file and install it on gta3.img file.
Note : You will have to manually install each and every icons on every file (1 icon goes on 1 file).
