When I start shooting on a bike as a driver, my all weapon removes for some seconds, sometime for some mins, it happens every time, please help

when you deathmatch someone (attack him with no reason) you get disarmed.

it's because of deathmatching
you can't randomly shoot players unless:
1) you're wanted and shooting at cops
2) the player robbed/raped you
3) you're a cop shooting at wanteds (refer to /pc ingame)
4) a hitman is on you, you can kill a hitman whenever you want (if you have a hit)
5) the player you are after has a hit

^if you go by this you won't get disarmed

It's because of the anti-DM system. You cannot deathmatch someone from the bike or any vehicle without a reason, you must follow the deathmatch rules. The commands /pc and /commands in-game could help you understand your function on the server (different skins have different functions).

Some scenarios that will disarm you:
- You're innocent and shoot an innocent
- You're a cop and drive-by a fellow cop

Some scenarios that will NOT disarm you:
- You're a hitman shooting your hit target
- You're an orange wanted shooting the police
- You're a cop shooting a red wanted
