Additional information:You may not use the Hunters weapons (minigun, rockets) against suspects who are on foot and on the ground or ontop of a roof top. However, you may use the Hunters blades against suspects who are on foot and on the ground or on the roof tops. You may use the Hunter against suspects who are in a plane or helicopter (also applies to an aircraft that's on the ground and which has a suspect or suspects in it).

He clearly knows the army rules and he took his temp rights for granted. Will also be forwarded to the report section and I'll request a server punishment as this is clearly abusing features like Viperr did

It's up to the General/s to decide about this report so I'll leave it open

I think he isn't allowed to engage with suspects on the ground using hunter's minigun and rockets :/
