Install Cleo (if you don't have Cleo v4.1 or v4.3). Then put all these files in that Cleo folder. Thats it, go in-game and enjoy the mod.

Note : I haven't tested it yet nor I tested how it works, so, if anything goes wrong, like the mod not working or it is a shitty mod or something, I can't say anything about it.
