1) You can get warned for not voting valid several times
2) Don't drag afk player. If he is ESC abusing, take screenshot - so once he teleports back and if you already carry another suspect that you can prove it. You, also, can swap the car.
3) Yes. The agreement is only if they're in Pagati skin, apropos if you're in SWAT skin.
4) If you are unsure on how much will you go AFK, rather leave skin.
