Anything else: I usually don't bother reporting for small rule breaks like these. But he constantly followed me just to dm or cuff me and would leave right after. I have [Lsrcr]Virsaitis, [Lsrcr]Aryamaan and Sytek as witnesses.

I honestly believe this player needs a ban!
Me and at least 4 people have reported him for multiple things he's has done while abusing cop powers, and dming. No matter what he never stops. We have reported him so many times, but obviously /reports do not get taken seriously. All he does is get on and act an idiot with what ever he can do to break all the rules. Ask anyone who has seen him, he needs to be banned right away.

Hes just generally new and as I said on the other report ill have a word and keep an eye on him.
