Suggestion headline: Add specialized pins into 24/7 stores

Why should it be accepted: Specialized pins can be used either to unlock someone's car or to escape from normal jail.You can carry maximum of 3,and you will lose them if you die or disconnect.I think it would be more challenging to escape from jail then and if a criminal or a person you want to rob/rape is in vehicle that's locked,you can unlock it using the pins.And they would not work every time,let's say you'd have about 30% chance of success.

Amazing idea ... got some notes that might be needed ... 1) cost ?
2) there must be somethin to tell that a car is locked or not
3) if a car got unlocked (any wanted levels and failing attemps gives 1 wanted level(fine))

At the jail part, would it happen in alcatraz too?
and at the unlocking vehicle that would be good but if you dont lose it when you die because if you lose it everytime you die, noone will buy it and if noone buys it then it would be useless
