Suggestion : new ranks
explanation : ranks in swat list are missing some ranks .. the list should be as following like irl ( aint sure ) :
1) traine
2) pvt
3) pfc
4) corporal
5) sergant
6) staff sergant
7) sfc
8) master sergant
9) 2nd lt
10) 1st lt
11) captain
12) major
13) lt colonel
14) colonel
15) brigadier general
16) major general
17) lt general
18) general
19) marshal
it's a little bit long but I think it would be nice
reason : these ranks are the irl ones and they make swat mission more challenging ... this picture shows the ranks shapes (http://imgur.com/1Kvz6Hf ) (apologies it's isn't completely shown)

Not sure if we need more ranks or not, but these ranks look similar to that of Army.

No. Army has way more than SWAT, as i known it has always been like that.
