I know u don't unban cheaters, but I never cheated or tried to cheat in this server as I remember
and I stopped playing this, long time ago that I don't remember exactly when.
but when I saw my user control panel, I found that the last visit for the server was in april 5, 2014
and that's 5 months before the ban, so i think this ban was wrong.

can anyone from the staff reply on this, the next day i posted this, I was able to play but now when i tried to login
the message "Your IP range is banned from this server." with the same date and the same reason(cheating) what
should i do now ???

Your name doesn't appear on the ban list. What you experienced was most likely a bug. As I've noticed that you're playing in-game I guess it has been solved.
