new checkpoint

Suggestion : checkpoint on pd roof
Explanation : well I don't really think many of you will like this but anyway , a checkpoint on pd roof to handle suspects in ( for helis ) .. this could be great to avoid being shot or crash in pd area while landing to handle suspect ( I know dragging in a heli is kinda rare but at least to make it easy for the drag in heli achievement)
Reason : will make it more easy for handling a suspect by a heli
