Suggestion : A new server rule releated to swat
explanation : a rule that forbids stealing a vehicle it's last driver was a swat member
Reason : it's somehow rare to use a vehicle which is not for swat nor owned by the member but this suggestion mainly refers to some situations like : a player who takes the vehicle with the dragged suspect and escapes or a player who takes the vehicle and left causing the suspect to get dragged and the vehicle is far.. .. this might cause serious troubles .. I think such situations have the same reason and should be limited by a rule
